L'éclair Trade is our wholesale side of our patisserie, we produce handmade cakes, tarts, éclairs, puddings and macarons, with our product list changing seasonally we can offer our customers a wide range of traditional patisserie goods right through to restaurant worthy desserts including all the garnish to plate the dish.
